Albanian Monster Mafia Grows Stronger

Kosovo Cesspool a Symbiosis of Mafia, Political Elite and Corrupt International Community
Marko Nicović, former chief of Belgrade Police, argues that trafficking narcotics and keeping Kosovo province crime zone out of the reach of law is the main reason for Priština rebellion against the European Union. He has many more arguments for this claim after returning from the gathering of International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) in San Diego.
- Kosovo province is the key point as far as the drug smuggling is concerned, especially heroin. On the other hand, the Colombian mafia uses the Albanian mafia as a base for the whole of Western Europe. Thus, the two most powerful mafias are connected and Europe will have a major problem in that regard, – Nicović said in an interview for Pravda.
Q: Priština attitude towards EULEX [EU mission in Kosovo province] is negative because the mission reportedly aims at halting the narcotics trade?
MN: Albanians will most certainly resist, because it was mafia that sponsored the KLA [UCK] and the entire secessionist movement. Shiptar [Kosovo Albanian] mafia has used the profit from heroin trade to pay the lobbies in United States, Germany, Great Britain, France, Italy… These are usually non-governmental organizations, para-intelligence services or they bought the specific structures of the states, certain centers of power in the world and parts of the international organizations, including even parts of the organizations that belong to the United Nations. It is a symbiosis between organized crime, political elite and corrupt parts of the international community.
Q: It is said that the economy in Kosovo province has failed, and the crime has flourished…
MN: According to the latest available data, 76 percent of Kosovo province residents are unemployed, but they are very busy — smuggling goods, stealing cars, counterfeiting banknotes, smuggling people… Albanian mafia has become a global problem. And the people I met with at the conference of police chiefs in San Diego from November 7 to 14, where there were heads of agencies such as FBI, DEA, CIA, and so on, are well aware of this.
EU Can’t Control Albanian Frankenstein
Q: You have been long warning about the exceptional organization of the Albanian mafia which, with the language that is difficult to learn and clan structure that can’t be infiltrated, makes those channels impenetrable.
MN: Right now the labs for processing of synthetic drugs are being opened in Kosovo province, and there are no records of UNMIK seizing any narcotics in Kosovo. There is information that in every single second, three tons of heroin are ready for sale in Kosovo province.
They have patented three things: First, those who are selling drugs are no longer looking for buyers as before. Since Shiptars now have their own “state”, their territory, customers now go to Kosovo to buy narcotics, and they know they are safe from any police action there. Because, the most vulnerable moment for the smuggler is handing over or receiving the drugs.
Second: Shiptars have started using children below the age of 12 in narcotic transactions in order to avoid the criminal responsibility. Third, they have started marrying their children into the Afghan, Pakistani and Iranian families, thus creating the network of family manufacture.
Heroin is being stored in western Macedonia [FYROM], Albania and Kosovo province, and in Western Europe, where over 600,000 Shiptars are living now, they have their own sales network. In Switzerland alone, 72 percent of those sentenced for criminal offenses are Shiptars.
Q: Does this dispute over EULEX mean that the West, which has tolerated all that for the sake of its geopolitical and strategic goals, now wants to uproot that evil, to draw the line and say — that’s enough?
MN: They are now hard to control. They became a monster – Frankensteins. This is now a problem for the West.
However, one should also know that Shiptars used a situation for which they were not responsible. They lobbied in places where discord already existed between the intelligence services and crime services, which had their own schemes for toppling the regimes and the like. Thus, in Germany for example, BNK works against the crime, and BND [German intelligence agency], on the other hand, flirts with crime.
Bob Agresti from the White House said their hands are tied when it comes to fighting against the Albanian criminals, because the position was that Kosovo should serve as an example to all the other Muslims in the world, that Americans are not against Muslims.
Turf War Between CIA and BND
Q: BND was all the buzz these days, when three of their agents were accused of trying to attack the EU office in Kosovo province, after which the responsibility for the attack was claimed by the fraction of KLA.
MN: BND financed and gave instructors to terrorist KLA. The strongest BND base was in Tirana [in neighboring Albania]. BND chief had formed a structure within the agency to support the Albanian minority’s secessionist drive. Now Americans are pushing Germany out of Kosovo. All this is a face-off between CIA and BND.
Q: What will happen to EULEX, considering it is not acceptable to the Priština separatists?
MN: Considering that there is a remission in the recognition of Kosovo province as a state, Americans — who are still the bosses in Kosovo — have pressed the Europeans to find a softer form, which will enable as many countries as possible to recognize “Kosovo state”. Therefore, this is a way to encourage more countries to recognize Kosovo. Serbs are offered a possibility of joining the EU, vaguely and indefinitely, but they have not received anything, not even a white Schengen list. Americans are doing so because they are obliged, because the Shiptar lobby already paid for it in advance.
Q: Are we going to witness an attack on the seat of international institutions in Kosovo and Metohija?
MN: Shiptars will undertake some sort of action like the one with Germans, and they will from some factions within their organization which will continue to be under the control of organized crime. These factions will be presented to convince the public that they can not be controlled by the official authorities, and being that they control every part of the territory, Shiptar political elite will have a hard time to present any action against the seats of international organizations as attacks they can’t control.
Serbia Designated for Total Annihilation
Q: Is there a danger of these attacks spilling over to the territory of Serbia proper and for the Serbian officials to become targeted?
MN: That is almost certain. The south of Serbia proper is under Albanian control. Our police is present there, but if 90 percent of Albanians are against you, no police in the world can hold on to that control. In the south of Serbia proper the same thing is happening as with Kosovo province before — the same lobby is working on the very same project. The issue of Kosovo province has not yet been resolved, but when that problem gets cemented, then forming another “province” at the south of Serbia proper will start, followed by the “majority referendums” and joining of that part of Serbia to the severed Kosovo province.
Q: It is well known that Kosovo Albanians are having turf wars with the local underworld. Ramiz Delalić Ćelo was killed in Sarajevo, by the Ali Gaši clan. It is alleged that Albanians are also behind some murders in Belgrade?
MN: That is absolutely certain. They are doing that throughout Europe, in all the urban areas.
Q: Are the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija endangered?
MN: Yes. It is going to be very difficult for Serbia to try to eliminate that danger. Kosovo-Metohija Serbs will be the first under attack, and it is only a question of assessing the right moment to do this.
Q: How much can the change in the White House help to ameliorate the problem?
MN: I don’t think there will be any changes, because that is the very same lobby from Clinton administration, which bombed Serbia.
